Description
A plastic dumpster lid made of recycled plastic, foaming agent, and recycled rubber intended to replace lids made of virgin plastics. The intended users include commercial waste collection companies and municipalities. The lid is interchangeable with existing lids on dumpsters
Why is this Part Innovative?
The lid meets the sold waste industries need for a flexible yet strong, durable lid capable of withstanding routine abuse in the field. The lids are economical and have exceptional service life. Post consumer recycled plastic and recycled tire used exclusively, allowing the end user to be environmentally responsible. Proprietary technology using chemical foaming agents and other additives allowing this part to be manufactured from these materials for the first time. The lids are aesthetically pleasing with internal foam and a textured look.
