Description
This easel product family provides unique and innovative design features to enhance business presentation, environment, and user-friendly functionalities without high investment cost and yet maintains competitive with imported products. Both high-end Presentation of complete "A" frame with storage shelf and mid-range Portable of flexibility provide integral pockets designed with "downward" angle for marker retention to facilitate flow of ink, while economic Display contributes lightweight and mobility. All three in the family not only fit today's American manufacturing critical strategy: efficiency and low-labor costs to assemble, but maintain contemporary design to target today's business and users with durability and excellent consumer value.
Why is this Part Innovative?
Combination of adapting unique "flipper" on mold design and precise timing to trigger/engage it in extrude blow molding results in functional undercut to provide "downwardî"angle for marker retention to facilitate flow of ink. (Presentation & Portable)
On the other hand, using "side" action to form both caster hardware pockets (bottom) and shelf nesting pockets (back) of Presentation also eliminate extra part and labor for assembly.
Combination of staggered tackoff pattern and unique "offset tackoffs" form large flat panel (70"x34.5") without metal support. Such tackoffs also camouflage with decorated elements of front panel. (Presentation Easel)
Using unique "3/4-inch moon integral" hinge design eliminates mold cost and reduces assembly labor. One mold forms both front and back panels assembled to each other without any metal hardware. (Presentation Easel)
Combining blow and compress-moldings to retain metal legs and eliminate assembly hardware down to two Jack nuts. (Portable)
Unique design feature on top of each leg "snags-fit" bottom of another leg to build height of the easel and another ëtongueí feature underneath "snaps-fit" ring of top cap without metal hardware and expensive tooling investment. (Display)
Both Portable and Display are flexible/expandable to be used either on floor or desktop.
